Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Items must match the original order in terms of size, style, and colour (where applicable).
Exchange Process
Email spectrumoutfits@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.
Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on shipping the product back.
Once we receive and verify the product, your replacement item will be dispatched.
Exclusions
Personalised, customised, or damaged items caused due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are fulfilled subject to stock availability of the requested product.
Refunds
We offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds or cash returns.
